What are Re-fill bottles made of?
All our bottles are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability, insulation, and safety. They are BPA-free, food-grade certified, and meet European safety standards.
Are Re-fill bottles insulated?
Yes! Our bottles feature double-wall vacuum insulation, keeping drinks ice-cold and hot for hours.
Are the bottles leakproof?
Yes! All our bottles and tumblers are 100% leakproof when the lid is securely closed, except if mentionned otherwise in the product description. (Note: Tumblers are only leakproof when the straw is removed.)
Are the bottles dishwasher-safe ?
We strongly recommend hand-washing to preserve the integrity of the insulation and engraving. Avoid soaking the bottle or scrubbing the engraving area too aggressively.
Do your bottles contain harmful chemicals?
No! Our bottles are BPA-free and safe for daily use.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
What if I receive a defective product?
We stand behind our quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement. This does not include damage from drops, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
✔ Unused items: Can be returned within 14 days if in original packaging.
✔ Customized corporate orders: Non-refundable, as they are made specifically for businesses.
